1010 on Orange
1010 on Orange is a space that owners Brianna and Ryan Sheehan designed and built to help inspire clients. Brianna, an interior designer and Ryan, a custom home builder, set out to remodel an iconic building on the corner of Orange and Minnesota into a place for those who walk in can feel at home.

With a vision for a space that would showcase a carefully curated line of home furnishings within an environment full of custom home details, 1010 on Orange houses Verellen Boutique, Brianna Michelle Interior Design, and Christopher Ryan Homes in Winter Park, Florida.
The Boutique
Upon walking in, you’ll be able to view the furniture , home decor essentials, as well as a gallery featuring local artists. 1010 on Orange partnered with Verellen to bring Winter Park a custom furniture line at the intersection of timeless sophistication and quality.

We’ve continued to expand our offerings as new rugs, casegoods and accessory lines have been brought in to round out the unique, textured feel of a home designed for the Brianna Michelle lifestyle. Walking through, our clients can feel inspired to turn their personalized home design dreams into a reality.
The Kitchen
This kitchen functions as both a show kitchen and a working kitchen. It features an induction cook-top, integrated appliances, a built-in coffee machine, a steam oven, and even a hidden pantry. Complete with a filtered water spout to keep us all hydrated! 🙂

We recently welcomed this new addition to the 1010 on Orange kitchen! The concrete island was a vision that came to life after we collaborated with Price Concrete Studio . It was an absolute pleasure working together with them on this piece. Read about it by clicking here!
The Conference Room
The Conference Room…where the business happens! LOL.
The 1010 Conference Room is a flex space where we gather as a team, meet with clients and vendors, and even host events.

The Bathroom
I always dreamed of having an office with a shower… enough said.

The Studio
The Studio houses the offices of Brianna Michelle Interior Design—this where the design magic happens! The concrete work station is another collaborative piece from Price Concrete Studio. We LOVE this table!!

When it comes to working on design projects, proper lighting makes all the difference. Large windows were installed at the back of the studio to allow natural sunlight to stream through.

The studio was designed to be a wide open space where the team can easily collaborate and work together on projects. The private offices have glass partitions to maintain the open flow of the space. Plus, we enjoy seeing each other! 🙂
Remodeling 1010 on Orange was a project that surprised us in the end for the better. It turned out more beautiful than we even planned. It is truly a space that I feel inspired in and reflects Brianna Michelle Interior Design in the best way.
